The 8564E Portable Spectrum Analyzer by HP Agilent Keysight covers a frequency range extending from 30 Hz to 40 GHz, a displayed average noise level of <90 dBm at 30 Hz, digital resolution bandwidths of 1, 3, 10, 30, and 100 Hz, and a dynamic range of >145 dB. This model has an RF input APC 2.4 mm male connector on the front panel.
