Keysight 54645D Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

The Keysight 54645D is a 100 MHz Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) featured with 1 M of memory per slope channels, 2 MB of memory per logic channel, and 16 Logic Channels. It offers 400 MSa/s and 200 MSa/s on 8 and 16 channels respectively. The 54645D is a simple and easy to use instrument with powerful triggering functions.

Like its counterparts from the 54600 series, this model comes with the MegaZoom Technology enabled. With 1 Million samples per channel, this technology captures extended time spans at a high sample rate allowing the user to see the fine detail required to solve complicated problems.

This model features powerful testing configuration and provides mixed signals testing power. With this oscilloscope, you will be able to learn about the complicated relationship between your circuit’s analog and digital operations. The seamless integration of logic and slope channels in the 54645D MSO enables you to view both the analog circuit operation and the logic timing on 100 MHz scope channels and 16 channels respectively.
