Keysight DSO8064A Infiniium Oscilloscope

The Keysight DSO8064A is a 600 MHz Bandwidth, 4 Scope Channel, MS-Windows ® based Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope, featured with 4 GSa/s sample rate, and designed to provide a maximum 8 Mpts standard memory depth. It is from the Infiniium 8000 Series and works a robust solution for superior mixed-signal analysis and debugging. This Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope comes with a 10/100/1000 Base-T LAN interface, thus enabling easy access to the user via standard web browsers over LAN. It also features an E-Mail-On-Trigger function, which allows the user to receive information about any intermittent event as early as it is captured.

The DSO8064A provides the user with a chance to acquire samples in seven real-time modes which are: Normal, Peak Detect, High Resolution, Equivalent Time, Segmented Memory, Averaging, and Filters (Sin[x])/x Interpolation. The main time base range and horizontal position range this model offers are 500 ps/div to 20 s/div and 0 to ± 200 s respectively. For the current main time base setting, this model has 1 ps/div delayed sweep range.

With the 89601A Vector Signal Analysis Software designed for Infiniium, the user will be able to conduct flexible signal analysis and up to 1-GHz bandwidth demodulation for wideband modulated signals related troubleshooting in communications and radar applications. This combination with the Keysight DSO8064A also provides flexible demodulation for measuring carrier offset, constellation diagrams, and frequency error for 256-QAM, QPSK signals and much more.
