Keysight DSO7052B Digital Storage Oscilloscope

The Keysight DSO7052B is a highly-portable, 500 MHz, 2 Analog Channel Digital Storage Oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 7000B Series. This mode can acquire the sample at an astonishing rate of 4 GSa/s and can present waveforms with an update rate of 100,000 wfms/s. The DSO7052B is designed to operate with 8 ADC Bits and comes with decodes and protocol triggering on an optional basis. It can provide 400 GSa/s equivalent-time sample rate (with real-time mode off). This digital storage oscilloscope also has 8 Mpts maximum memory depth.

With the Keysight DSO7052B, the user can acquire samples simultaneously on Ch 1 and Ch 2 with DC to 500 MHz Bandwidth (–3 dB) or with 3.5 Hz to 500 MHz when operating in AC coupled mode. The calculated rise time (=0.35/bandwidth) for this oscilloscope is 700 psec and it can run with 500 MHz Single-shot bandwidth. This DSO is designed to work safely with a maximum input up to CAT I 300 Vrms, 400 Vpk, as well as handle 1.6 kVpk transient overvoltage.

Another great feature of this model is the AutoProbe interface, which is a Keysight proprietary system designed to automate the process of probe configuration and power management. With this system intact, the user will be able to have their probes installed and adjusted automatically. In addition, the Keysight DSO7052B can be used for as many as 23 automatic measurements with statistics.  For system software upgrades, data transferring and remote controlling of the instruments USB and LAN ports are provided as well.
