Description
Tektronix TDS2001C Digital Storage Oscilloscope
The Tektronix TDS2001C is a modern and compact Digital Storage Oscilloscope from the TDS2000C Series. It is a 50 MHz, 2-Channel model capable of capturing samples at a rate of 500 MS/s (on each channel) in its standard configuration. This instrument can provide the user with 2.5k points record length at all time bases, 8 bits vertical resolution, ±3% DC vertical accuracy, and 2 mV to 5 V/div vertical sensitivity (with calibrated fine adjustment).
This Digital Storage Oscilloscope can work on Auto, Normal, and Single Sequence trigger modes. This model supports a wide range of trigger types such as: Video – to trigger on individual or all lines or broadcast standards (NTSC, SECAM, PAL), Glitch or Pulse Width – to trigger on a pulse width greater than, less than, not equal to, or equal to a user selectable time limit in a range of 33 ns to 10 s. In addition to CH1 and CH2, this model can also be triggered by AC Line, Ext, and Ext/5.
As far as the acquisition modes are concerned, the Tektronix TDS2001C can acquire data in all the typical methods such as: Average, Single Sequence, Sample, etc. At >100 ms/div acquisition time base settings, this model can also acquire data in Roll Mode. This model brings automatic waveform measurements for a variety of parameters, including Period, Rise Time, Mean, RMS, and Cycle RMS. It has Amplitude and Time cursors for ΔV, 1/ΔT, and ΔT as well. For waveform processing, the user can rely upon the waveform math operators.
