Description
Tektronix RSA607A Real Time Spectrum Analyzer
The RSA607A is a USB spectrum analyzer for real-time measurements from Tektronix Technologies. This model has a frequency range from 9 kHz to 7.5 GHz. The RSA607A comes with the input impedance level of 50 ohms. The maximum DC voltage level of RF input signal is ± 40 volts. There are also various values of safe input power for the signal for different frequency ranges. These levels are +33, +13, and +20 dBm.
The RSA607A real-time spectrum analyzer also implements the trigger or synch mechanism. It implements TTL logic at input channel for it. The typical range of voltage is from 0 to 5 volts. The timing uncertainty for external trigger mechanism is ±250 ns for the acquisition bandwidth range of 20 MHz to 40 MHz. The value of time increases with the decrease in acquisition bandwidth. The RSA607A also enables the user to perform noise and distortion measurements. These measurements are usually carried out with preamp off state. This model comes with the capability to intercept the 3rd order IM and 2nd order harmonic distortion.
The RSA607A real-time spectrum analyzer can also detect phase noise. There is a standard built-in GPS receiver. The GPS antenna offers the maximum voltage and current levels of 3 volts and 100 mA. It comes with the lock time ranges from 2 seconds to 46 seconds. It has the horizontal positional accuracy of 2.6 meters. The RSA607A spectrum analyzer enables the 100 % probability to intercept the signal.
