The Tektronix TDS3034 includes an application reach that allows the user to control the fundamental functions of the oscilloscope. The user can perform many assignments without utilizing the standard menu framework. If the user wishes to utilize a function that is not contained in the scope shortcut menu, they can press the button that would typically press to access that function. For example, if the user needs to include a programmed measure, they can press the MEASUREMENT of the button to configure the estimation.
