The Tektronix RSA5115B is a powerful Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer. With its extraordinary RF performance, easily accessible standard controls, and a generous feature set, the Tektronix RSA5115B is there to assist users with completing a 10 GHz span sweep in only 22 seconds. This model is designed to provide the users with comprehensive measurements such as OBW, ACRL, Spectrogram, Spurious, CCDF, and Channel Power. Now the user can see events in time domains, frequency, and real-time simultaneously.

This model enables the user to complete wideband analysis with a huge dynamic range in its standard configuration: 165 MHz with 80 dBc SFDR. Apart from this, this model also supports options for Pulsed Analysis, Bluetooth, WLAN, ZigBee, and more. This model can detect any signal > 434 n sec with an extreme 100% intercept probability. Other features include DPX Spectrogram, DPX Zero Span, and DPX Spectrum. The Tektronix RSA5115B comes equipped with powerful triggering capabilities, which include: DPX Density, Level, Runt, Frequency Mask, and Time Qualification for all triggers.

The Tektronix RSA5115B has the fastest FFT engine, designed to handle up to 3.125M FFTs/second. This model features 25 MHz, 40 MHz, 80 MHz, 125 MHz, and 165 MHz real-time bandwidth and -80 dBc typical SFDR. As far as its performance characteristics are concerned, at 2 GHz it offers +17 dBm 3rd order intercept, –113 dBc/Hz phase noise at 1 GHz, and –134 dBc/Hz at 10 MHz carrier frequency. This model comes with a state-of-the-art DPX spectrum display, which offers a live color view of signal transients with respect to time.
