Featured with a 10.4" XGA Color display, 5 Megapoint Record Length and > 50,000 wfm/s Waveform Capture Rate, the DPO4104B-L is a Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope from Tektronix. This model has 1 GHz analog bandwidth and can acquire samples at rates of 5/5/2.5 GS/s on 1/2/4 Channels. This model is compact as it is only 5.8" deep and weighs around 11 pounds. The Tektronix DPO4104B-L can be used with passive voltage probes, designed to operate with 1 GHz analog bandwidth and a capacitive loading < 4 pF.

This oscilloscope can be employed for automated serial bus and parallel bus analysis, automated power testing, and limit and mask testing as well. The front panel is a powerful one with Wave Inspector® controls for quick waveform navigation. The Tektronix DPO4104B-L incorporates a state-of-the-art TekVPI® Interface, which supports differential, current, and active probes. The DPO4104B-L provides up to 50 W of power to the TekVPI connectors from the integrated, internal power supply. This arrangement can meet any probing requirement the user might have.

Users can have this instrument connected to their windows based personal computer straightaway with the help of a USB cable. The Tektronix DPO4104B-L has USB host ports for the storage and transferring of measurements. This instrument can also be interconnected with a network by employing the LAN port. The LXI web interface provides the user with information across the current configuration of the instrument. The user can alter instrument settings, save instrument data and screenshots, and load the instrument setups of their DPO4104B-L from the web interface through an encrypted web page.
