Description
Tektronix TDS7704B Oscilloscope
The Tektronix TDS7704B Oscilloscope contains many digital logic circuits. The functions are described using the positive logic convention. The most positive of the two logical levels is the high state (1), while the most negative level is the low (0) state. Signal states can also be described as "true", which means their active or "false" state, that is, their non-active state. The specific voltages that constitute a high or low state vary between electronic devices. This oscilloscope must be balanced in a 20 °C to 30 °C encompassing temperature condition. The oscilloscope and signal source should warm up no less than 20 minutes in this condition before the user starts the alteration method.
Dig Switches are utilized to coordinate program flow amid power on self-test (POST). A change set to ON is shut and shows a low state (0 V) to the switch buffer. This is the default switch position. A change set to OFF is open and exhibits a high state (3.3 V) to the switch buffer.
For the Tektronix TDS7704B, the Power PC (PPC) board utilizes a blend of removable jumpers and surface mount resistors to control circuit reset for troubleshooting. There are three PCI buses on the PPC board: the NLX essential PCI bus, L2 PCI bus, and the implanted PPC PCI bus. An equipment fault on any of these buses can prevent Windows from starting properly.
Waveform Math is set up utilizing the fundamental arithmetic capacities or make further developed math waveforms with the math expression editor. Waveform expressions can even contain estimation results and other math waveforms.
