Description
The PXI-5122 is a high-performance digitizer featuring various part numbers for different memory options, including 8 MB (778756-01), 32 MB (778756-02), 256 MB (778756-03), and 512 MB (778756-04). This model is designed to deliver exceptional digitizer speed at 100 MS/s, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
It is equipped with 14-bit Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs), ensuring precise data conversion with a Spurious Free Dynamic Range of 75 dBc and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio of 62 dB. The input impedance is software selectable between 50 Ω or 1 MΩ, providing flexibility for different signal types, and it supports an input range from 200 mVpp to 20 Vpp.
The device offers seven trigger modes to accommodate various signal capturing requirements. Additionally, it incorporates anti-alias and noise filters to enhance signal integrity. For software compatibility, it supports the NI-SCOPE driver, LabVIEW, and LabWindows/CVI, ensuring easy integration with existing setups.
The hardware configuration can be managed through the Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX), simplifying setup and configuration processes. The front panel is designed for easy connectivity, featuring 3 BNC female connectors, a 9-pin mini-circular DIN, and 2 SMB jacks.
For maintenance and accuracy, the PXI-5122 can be self-calibrated or externally calibrated, with external calibration recommended every two years to ensure optimal performance.
