Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: Available for domestic ground shipping via FedEx or UPS.
  • Worldwide Shipping: Available via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • Customer Pays Shipping: For all non-domestic ground shipping.
  • Tracking Information: Provided via email once the order ships.
  • Cutoff Times: Orders placed before 4 p.m. Eastern Time ship the same day if marked “ships today.”
  • In-Store Pickup: Available during business hours; notify us before arrival.

Warranty on Products

  • We warrant that all products will be functional and free of material defects upon delivery.
  • Defective products can be repaired, replaced, or refunded during the warranty period.
