The HP Agilent 834xx Synthesized Sweepers are equipped with the high-performance of a synthesizer and a broadband sweep oscillator in a single model. This series of synthesized sweepers can be controlled through the HP-IB. The 834xx Series is suitable for automatic or manual test systems and are great sources for precision microwave network assessments. The 8340A/41A can usually replace a frequency counter, sweep oscillator, microwave synthesizer, and an RF synthesizer. These synthesized sweepers have a frequency range covering from 10 MHz to 20 GHz or 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz, depending on the model.
