The P6240 Series of Active Probes are designed for SMDs as tiny as 0.5 mm Pitch. This series is well-suited for applications such as: educational research, high-speed digital systems design, manufacturing and engineering tests, and component design/characterization. These active probes can measure CMOS, TTL Logic, BiCMOS, GaAs, and ECL. This series delivers scope bandwidth at the probe tip for the Tektronix TDS500/600/700 Series. The P6240 Series of Active Probes have a ≤1 pF Input Capacitance and a 1 MΩ Input Resistance. The P6243 has a 1 GHz bandwidth with the probe only, while the P6245 has a ≥1.5 GHz Bandwidth with only the probe.
