The Tektronix SG50xx Series of Low-Distortion Audio Oscillators is designated for use with the TM5000 Power Module Mainframe Series. These Mainframes support anywhere from three to six single-width TM500 and/or TM5000 plug-ins. The Tektronix SG50xx Audio Oscillators Series has low distortion <0.0008% THD (typically 0.0003%), floating or grounded output, Vernier frequency control, and 10 kHz to 100 kHz sine wave output. These Audio Oscillators have a GPIB interface, which can control every function, mode, and parameter. The SG505 has two options. Option 1 is for an intermodulation test function and Option 2 changes the amplitude range from +22 dBm to -68 dBm. The SG5010 does not have any options.
