This series of Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes has application modules for further analysis capabilities, such as: an extended video module, a 601 serial digital video module, an advanced analysis module, a telecommunications mask testing module, and a limit testing module. The Tektronix TDS3000B Series utilizes the TekProbe Interface, which supports differential, current, and active probes for automatic scaling and units. An optional internal battery can prolong batter life to a maximum of three hours.
