The Tektronix TDS5000B Series of Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes each have four channels, a maximum 16 M record length, a maximum 5 GS/s sample rate, 100,000 wfms/s maximum waveform capture rate, a 10.4 inch display screen, and either 350 MHz, 500 MHz, or 1 GHz bandwidth, depending on the model. The Tektronix TDS5000B Series has features such as a GPIB controller, a CD-RW drive, interoperability with Tektronix Logic Analyzers, remote viewing and control, a suite of advanced triggers, and pass/fail limit testing. These oscilloscopes have a minimal weight and are easy to transport. Additionally, the TDS5054B and TDS5104B have a touch screen.
