The HP Agilent 6268A Low Voltage DC Power Supply is free from conducted and radiated RFI; this model complies with all the stipulations of MIL-I-6181D. This DC Power Supply has low output impedance, a front panel voltmeter and ammeter, low peak-to-peak ripple, and an optional overvoltage protection crowbar. The transient recovery time of the 6268A necessitates less than 50 microseconds for output voltage recovery, while in constant voltage operation. The transient recovery time must be within 10 millivolts of the nominal output voltage after a 5 amp alteration in output current.

There is ongoing variable output current and voltage on the 6268A DC Power Supply; range switching is not required. Auto, tracking, auto-parallel, and auto-series operations are available as well. Remote programming is possible with this model. Both the current and voltage can be controlled by control voltage or external resistance. The HP Agilent 6268A is completely rated for every overload setting, even ongoing short circuit operation. Another great feature of this DC Power Supply is that constant voltage and constant current operation have an automatic crossover function.
