Description
Keysight 6683A DC Power Supply
The Keysight 6683A Power Supply incorporates an output current that is full scale and its cc annunciator is usually on. If not, the user can reduce electronic charging voltage slightly until the annunciator turns on. This estimates the change in output current, resulting from a change in AC line from its minimum to its maximum value inside the line voltage specifications.
The CC Load Effect and CC Source Effect tests measure the DC regulation of the power supply's output current. When completing these tests, the user must check that the readings taken are truly DC regulation values and not immediate AC peaks of the output current ripple. The client can do this by making each estimation a few times and then utilizing the average of the estimations as its test value. Voltmeters like the Keysight 6683A framework Voltmeter can be programmed to take just such statistical average readings as needed by these tests. This instrument uses components that could be harmed or suffer serious execution degradation because of ESD (electrostatic discharge).
This model has a voltage between 0 to 32 V, a current between 0 to 160 A, Voltage rms of 1.0 mV, Peak-to-Peak of 10 mV, and a transient response time that has less than 900 μs for the output voltage to recover to within 150 mV following a change in load from 100% to 50% or 50% to 100% of the output current rating of the supply.
