The 83595A is a high-performance RF plug-in designed for use with the 8350B from Keysight Technologies. It comes with the frequency range of 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz. The 83595A can operate as the coaxial swept frequency source. It offers measurement accuracy of ±12 MHz and a frequency output of 26.5 GHz.
