Agilent 84907K Programmable Step Attenuator

The Agilent 84907K is a 0 to 70 dB Programmable Step Attenuator designed to operate in a frequency domain of DC to 26.5 GHz. This model is designed to work with 0.6 dB + 0.03 dB/GHz insertion loss, 1.25 to 12.4 GHz, and 1.5 to 26.5 GHz Maximum SWR. This model has 5 million cycles per section repeatability life. The maximum average RF input power it can handle is 1 W. The Agilent 84907K comes with a selectable 3.5 mm male/female connector and a 10-pin socket programming connector. The Agilent 84907K offers attenuation in 10 steps.

 This Programmable Step Attenuator provides up to 26.5 GHz measurements in a compact and rugged design. The capability to offer better than 0.03 dB repeatability, a wide attenuation range, and exceptional lifespan make this model an excellent choice. This modern design attenuator comes with a low SWR and higher attenuation accuracy. Its attenuation cards are comprised of tantalum nitride film, which is known for its high stability.

 The Agilent 84907K is around 35% smaller than its predecessors and models from other vendors available on the market. For connecting DC control lines, this model has 10-pin DIP headers incorporated. This model can easily be used in automatic test systems with the help of the 11713A attenuator/switch driver. The 11713A comes with all the requirements to provide remote/automatic controlling of the Agilent 84907K over GPIB. Thus, this Step Attenuator can easily be integrated and used in conjunction with other ATE systems as required.
