Keysight 8753C Network Analyzer

The 8753C is a three-input network analyzer from Keysight Technologies. It offers a wide frequency range from 300 kHz to 3 GHz. The user can enhance this capability up to 6 GHz. The network analyzer makes use of a special upgrade kit for it. It has the dynamic power range of 100 dB. This model incorporates the calibration mechanism. This advanced mechanism ensures the user will receive accurate measurements and also enables the user to perform time domain analysis of signals. The 8753C can incorporate Option 002, which is the capability of performing the harmonic analysis of sweep signals. This feature helps in design and maintenance requirements of RF amplifiers.

The 8753C network analyzer offers a color display. The display is comprised of two independent channels. The front panel of the instrument also incorporates control keys. These control keys enable the user to set measurement functions. The instrument implements sequence functions for various tests and helps the user save measurement tasks. The network analyzer can perform these tasks later automatically. The 8753C also offers a mixer testing capability with a pre-defined frequency offset.

The 8753C has DSP and MP control functions, which enable exceptional flexibility and ease for measurements. The model includes an automatic sweep time and external source capability. It also incorporates a GPIB interface. The network analyzer can implement arithmetic functions, which are mandatory to operate the device with a grounded AC supply. This feature protects the equipment against an over input voltage hazard.
