Tektronix AFG3022B Arbitrary Function Generator

Featured with a massive 5.6" Color LCD Display, the AFG3022B is a LabVIEW and LabWindows compatible Arbitrary Function Generator by Tektronix. This model can generate a variety of waveforms, such as Noise, DC, Sine, Pulse, Square, Triangle, Gaussian, etc. The Tektronix AFG3022B supports both linear and logarithmic sweeps and offers 1 ms to 300 s sweep time at 1 ms or 4 digits resolution and ≤0.4% (typical) total sweep time accuracy. This Arbitrary Function Generator has a frequency range of 1 µHz to 25 MHz for sine wave and its range for all other supported waveforms is 1 µHz to 250 kHz.

As far as its arbitrary waveform capabilities are concerned, the AFG3022B has a broad range, i.e., 1 MHz to 12.5 MHz and offers 14 bits vertical resolution. The Tektronix AFG3022B supports AM, FM, and PM modulation as well. Its internal modulating frequency range is 2 MHz to 50.00 kHz. This model provides an AM modulation depth of 0.0% to +120.0%. For modulation, the user can choose either internal or external source. This device can handle a maximum waveform length of 4,096 for AM and 2,048 for FM / PM modulation.

This model comes equipped with, USB 1.1, LAN 10BASE-T / 100BASE-TX, and GPIB interfaces for remote programming and is compatible with the IEEE 488-2 and SCPI-1999.0 standards. The Tektronix AFG3022B requires 20 minutes for warming up, but only < 16 seconds for starting up and self-calibration. This model can be operated with a 100 to 240 V, 47 to 63 Hz or 115 V, 360 to 440 Hz power source and consumes less than 120 W of power while operating.
