Featured with 10-Bit Vertical Resolution and real-world simulations, the AWG520 is a 2-Channel Arbitrary Waveform Generator from Tektronix. This generator supports 10 MHz reference input and a direct external clock. For mass data storage, the user can always rely upon the gigantic 10 GB Hard Drive. This Arbitrary Waveform Generator has a unique design because it features a sturdy graphical editing display. This graphical display with robust output capabilities simplifies the process of complex and arbitrary waveform creation. It also brings on-screen waveform editing capabilities for users. The Tektronix AWG520 offers four different operating modes: continuous, triggered, gated, and enhanced. As far as this model’s arbitrary waveform generation capabilities are concerned, it provides a waveform length of 256 to 4,194,048 points and a sequence length of 1 to 8,000 steps.

This instrument allows the user to create the triangle, sine, ramp, square waves, noises, and direct current signals. Additionally, the user can set different waveform attributes, such as amplitude, offset and frequency as per their requirements. The Tektronix AWG520 Arbitrary Waveform Generator comes equipped with a 3.5" floppy disk drive and an Ethernet interface to let the user save and recall instrument settings and waveform data directly to and from the instrument.
