Description
Keysight E3633A DC Power Supply
The Keysight E3633A DC Power Supply can estimate the time for the output voltage to recuperate within 15 mv of rated output voltage, after a load change starting with full load to half load, or half load to full load.
The E3633A includes a Common Mode Current Noise. This is the AC current part, which exists between the output lines and chassis ground. Regular mode noise could be an issue for very delicate circuitry that is referenced to earth ground. When a circuit is referenced to earth ground, a low level line-related AC current will flow from the output terminals to earth ground. Any impedance to earth ground will make a voltage drop equivalent to the output current flow multiplied by the impedance.
This model has a Calibration Security Code feature, which permits the user to enter a security code (electronic key) to prevent unintentional or unapproved calibrations of the power supply. When the user first receives the power supply, it is secured. Before aligning the power supply, the user must unsecure it by entering the right security code. It may be fundamental to abort a calibration after the procedure has already been initiated. The user can abort calibration at any moment by turning the power supply off from the front board. When performing calibration from a remote interface, the user can abort calibration by issuing a remote interface gadget clear message or by pressing the front-panel ‘‘Local’’ key.
