The HP Agilent E4407B ESA-E Spectrum Analyzer is portable and provides a variety of features, versatility, and performance not normally seen at such a low cost. High-speed remote measurement, plus data transfer of as many as 40 measurements per second decreases test time in automatic test conditions.
The E4407B ESA-E Spectrum Analyzer has a segmented sweep feature, which saves measurement and setup time by looking at the specified frequency spans in a single sweep. A maximum of 32 discontinuous frequency or zero spans can be pasted together in a single sweep. This eradicates the necessity of sweeping through undesired frequencies and for numerous setups. This ESA-E Spectrum Analyzer has variable sweep (trace) points, which range from 101 to 8,192 points. The sweep points enhance measurements for frequency resolution and preciseness versus speed. Another useful feature of the E4407B is the 16.8 cm., high-resolution color display. The display screen has a wide viewing angle to make spotting signals of interest simpler.
The E4407B ESA-E Spectrum Analyzer can save as many as 200 traces or states, or even numerous measurement personalities in the expandable user memory. The floppy disk drive or BenchLink XL can be utilized to save and transport measurement outcomes to a computer. SCPI remote control language, along with VXIplug&play drivers help to boost remote program development.
