Keysight E4430B Digital RF Signal Generator

Featured with up to 35 MHz RF Modulation bandwidth and 250 kHz to 1 GHz Frequency Range, the Keysight E4430B is a Digital RF Signal Generator from the well-known ESG-D Series. This model offers astonishing performance, since it is designed to operate at an elevated 40 MHz sample rate. The E4430B Signal Generator offers 14-bit I/Q resolution and separate 4 MB memory buffer for either waveform storage or waveform playback functions. With this model, the user can achieve more than fifteen variations of MSK, PSK, FSK, and QAM because custom digital modulation is fully supported.

The Keysight E4430B can also be considered a viable solution for applications where Pulse Modulation, Phase Modulation, FM, AM, and Step/List Sweep (for frequency and power) functions are required. The E4430B Signal Generator comes equipped with a built-in function generator. This model can handle broadband analog I/Q Inputs and has internal calibration and I/Q adjustment capabilities as well. The E4430B offers < 50 ms analog switching speed and < 90 ms digital switching speed with modulation on. This model can operate with a common < 40 ms switching speed while working with modulation in the off state.

The Keysight E4430B allows up to 10 MHz maximum frequency deviation at 1 Hz or 0.1% of deviation (whichever is greater) resolution. The E4430B Signal Generator features a GPIB communication interface that can be used for this instrument`s seamless integration with other devices and for the downloading of arbitrary waveform data to a personal computer.
