Description

TDK Lambda EMS 120-40-2-D Power Supply

The TDK Lambda EMS 120-40-2-D Power Supply is capable of producing more than 120 Vdc at up to 40 Amps of current for a total power production of 4800 watts. It needs 3 phase 220 Vac input. This model is generally controlled by means of locknut knobs or remotely regulated by means of the terminal strip on the back of the unit. The most extreme deviation in voltage or current mode for an eight-hour period will be 0.05% of the maximum output under states for consistent line, load, and temperature.

The remote programming in this model is simple because this instrument can be remotely programmed by means of an outside resistance, external DC voltage source, or an outer DC current source. The remote programming controls all the switching activity in the power supply. This model also offers a meter tolerance feature; the tolerance of an analog front board voltmeter or ammeter during full scale is ±2 % of full scale. The tolerance of a digital front board voltmeter or ammeter during full scale is ±2 % of full scale.

In the EMS 120-40-2-D, effectiveness ranges from 69% to 85% depending on the output voltage. Units with higher output voltages have higher effectiveness. Effectiveness may be estimated at nominal input line voltage and full load (maximum current and maximum voltage). This EMS power supply is capable of nonstop duty execution without deviation from its specifications over ambient temperatures between 0°C to 50°C.

The manual for this model is available on the ApexWaves.com website.
