Fluke 319 True RMS Clamp meter
The 319 is an accurate RMS clamp meter designed by Fluke. This model has the capability of measuring both AC/DC voltage and current, as well as offering resistance measurement. The 319 clamp meter can test both starting current (inrush) and frequency. It offers the current range of 40.00, 600.0 A, and 1000 A and a 6000 digit resolution for the digital display. The Fluke 319 clamp meter also incorporates a screen save function to let the user save their measurement results on the screen.

The Fluke 319 clamp meter comes with the resistance measurement capability of 400.0 ohms and 4000 ohms, as well as a resistance resolution of 0.1 ohms and 1 ohm.
