The Keithley 2450 is a 20 mV – 200 V SMU (Source/Measure Unit), designed to provide the user with precise testing capabilities across current, voltage, and resistance. This model offers four-quadrant, source, and sink operation. Thus, it can obtain and gauge current simultaneously from 10 fA to 10 A pulse. In addition, the Keithley 2450 can also be used for measurement of voltage from 100nV to 200V for 100W total DC power and 1000W pulse. This instrument comes with several capabilities for curve tracers, I-V systems, trigger controllers, precision electronic loads, and analyzers at a low cost. With this model, the user can achieve 0.012% measurement accuracy with an impressive 6½-digit resolution.

As the primary display and input device, this SMU features a 5" color touchscreen. The front panel has several great features that complement its speed, learnability, and user-friendliness. There is a USB 2.0 memory I/O port provided on the front panel, which supports seamless data storing, loading of test scripts, system upgrades, and more.
