Keysight N5769A DC Power Supply

The Keysight N5769A is a 100V, 15A, 1500W DC Power Supply. This model features remote sensing, analog programming, and can also be programmed and operated in series or parallel arrangements, enabling the user to draw more power. To compensate for voltage drop in load leads, this model provides remote sensing and monitoring. As far as the basic operating modes are concerned, the Keysight N5769A can be used in either Constant Voltage or Constant Current mode with automatic crossover. It also features high-resolution front panel controls for voltage and current.

The Keysight N5769A comes with Output Shut-Off (SO) terminals as well. These terminals are available on the J1 connector to allow or inhibit the power supply’s output. This is an edge-triggered function. In addition to this, the N5769A power supply has Safe-Start and Auto-Restart modes. In the Auto-Restart mode, the power supply starts with the last operating settings, whereas in the Safe-Restart mode it will begin with a disabled output. The user can easily program the output voltage and current trigger setting of this power supply as per requirements. Furthermore, the user will be able to adjust over-voltage protection setting and readback by using any one of the three available I/O interfaces.

This power supply comes with a well-designed and enriched front panel. Almost all of the Keysight N5769A features can be accessed by employing the front panel. A front panel lock-out arrangement is also provided to prevent any accidental parameter change. Like other power supplies from the Keysight N5700 Series, this one also features a robust protective scheme to safeguard the device and the model in case of any fault condition.
