The TDS1002B is a Digital Storage Oscilloscope developed by Tektronix. The TDS1002B is a 2-channel device with advanced triggering options. These options include video trigger and pulse width trigger. The TDS1002B features high performance with a user-friendly interface. The user interface supports multiple-languages. Thus, the TDS1002B offers global user support. This model also complies with the FFT standard. The TDS1002B offers 12 automatic measurements and is equipped with USB ports.
