This model offers a sample rate of 1 GS/s for every channel, 2 channels, 2.5 k Points Record Length, a color LCD display, an auto-set menu with waveform selection, a Probe Check Wizard to ensure the correct probe usage, and a context-sensitive help menu.

With up to 200 MHz data transfer capacity, no other color digital storage oscilloscope offers as much transmission capacity and test rate at the cost. The Tektronix TDS2002 oscilloscope gives precise real-time acquisition up to their full bandwidth. This instrument offers advanced triggering, such as pulse width triggering and line-selectable video triggering. There are also 11 standard automatic estimations. The Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) math function enables the client to analyze, describe, and troubleshoot circuits by viewing recurrence and signal strength.
