Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope with 5 GS/s sample rate

Description

Tektronix TDS3044B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope

The TDS3044B oscilloscopes developed by Tektronix come standard with NTSC, PAL, and SECAM (all fields or all lines) triggering capacities. The TDS3VID application module expands this essential video triggering by including the accompanying highlights: a Video QuickMenu function that enables you to show a base and side menu that contains video capacities valuable for showing and measuring broadcast standard waveforms, including trigger source, when to trigger, and video Autoset. The Autoset function consequently changes the vertical, horizontal, and video trigger settings to show a video waveform triggered on all lines and fields. Then, the user can physically alter controls to upgrade the display. This capacity is accessible in the Video QuickMenu and in the Acquire menu.

The TDS3044B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope also includes a custom video function that enables the user to determine custom horizontal scan rates with a specific end goal to trigger on non-broadcast video waveforms, such as those utilized by PC screens and medical equipment.  The TDS3044B offers simple HDTV Features; the TDS3VID and TDS3SDI modules enable the user to work with rising simple HDTV principles. Trigger on a scope of HDTV groups – 1080i, 1080p, 720p, and 480p. Additionally, it uses the vectorscope on simple HDTV with graticules for both 100 and 75% shading bars. It is important to see a solitary line of the video waveform. For instance, the programming data in the NTSC signal in some cases is found on Line 20. Line Count triggering enables the user to trigger on a specific line by looking through the line numbers and choosing the one they need.

The manual for this model is available on the ApexWaves.com website.
