Tektronix TLA623 Logic Analyzer

The TLA623 is a Portable Logic Analyzer from the well-known TLA600 series by Tektronix. It is a 102-Channel Model with 2 GHz Timing, 1 MHz State, and 1 M depth (options are available for up to 200 MHz State). The TLA623 is designed to withstand harsh operating environments. It can be operated within a broad temperature range of +5° C to +50° C flawlessly. This model is intended to work correctly over a broad altitude range (–305 meters to 3,050 meters). Its integrated LCD supports a backlight, thus the display can be read easily in different lighting conditions.

This Logic Analyzer is considered a viable solution for identification of complex digital hardware issues. It comes with the capability of performing State and High-Speed Simultaneously through the same probe without any reacquisition and double probing to pinpoint faults. The TLA623 offers 500 MHz Deep Timing Analysis with up to 2 Megabyte / Channel.

The Tektronix TLA623 works with the MagniVu™ Acquisition Technology. This high-speed digital sampling technology offers up to 500 ps (2 GHz) timing resolution. Thus, this instrument is more efficient and more capable of finding difficult issues quickly.

The TLA623 Logic Analyzer can be coupled with P6417, P6418, or P6434 probes. It offers ±100 mV Threshold Accuracy (including probe), +5.0 V to –2.0 V Threshold Selection Range, and 200 mV/ns Input Signal Minimum Slew Rate. The TLA623 comes with 2 Kb/ Channel MagniVu Timing Memory Depth and 10 ns to 50 ms Deep Timing Resolution (with the instrument set to store glitches).
