The Fluke Meter 190-202 ScopeMeter incorporates four independent isolated inputs, a fast sample rate up to 5 GS/s with up to 200 ps resolution, a deep memory with 10000 points per trace waveform capture, a single shot pulse and video triggering, and is also CAT III 1000 V/CAT IV 600 V safety rated.
