The Tektronix DPO4000 Series of Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes either have two or four input channels, models with 1 GHz, 500 MHz, or 350 MHz bandwidth, sample rates as high as 5 GS/s on every channel, and a 10 Megasample record length per channel. The DPO4000 Series of Oscilloscopes also have a 10.4 inch XGA color display and only weigh 11 pounds.
