This model also has a large 10.4 inch XGA color display screen, which makes measurement data easy to read.

The DPO4104 Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope has 29 automatic measurements available, ensuring the user’s measurement needs will be met. This Oscilloscope weighs 11 pounds, so it is easy to transport anywhere an oscilloscope is needed. There is also a 10 Megasample record length on every channel.

The Tektronix DPO4104 has a TekVPI probe interface, which is simple to use. The TekVPI probes have status indicators and controls, along with a probe menu button on the comp box. The probe menu button will bring up a probe menu on the display screen with related settings and controls for the probe. The TekVPI interface uses a new type of probe power management architecture, which allows current probes to be attached directly and does not necessitate the use of a large power supply. Lastly, TekVPI probes can be operated remotely with GPIB, Ethernet, or USB. This feature allows for diverse resolutions in ATE surroundings.
