The Tektronix MDO3000 Series of Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes are six instruments in a single package: an arbitrary function generator, logic analyzer, digital voltmeter/counter, protocol analyzer, and integrated spectrum analyzer. This series of oscilloscopes can be upgraded upon purchase or in the future. There are two and four analog channel models, 16 optional digital channels, a record length of 10 M, a maximum sample rate of 5 GS/s, Ethernet, VGA, USB host and device ports, and various other useful features. The Tektronix MDO3000 Series utilizes the TekVPI probe interface to automate communication, while delivering power for advanced probes.
