The Tektronix P6020 Series of AC Current Probes gives exact current measurements throughout a large frequency range. This series of AC Current Probes has a frequency range varying from 60 to 120 MHz and amps from 4 A to 15 A. The Tektronix P6020 Series can be used in several types of applications: avionics, motor drives, power supplies, and power inverters/converters. Each probe has a protected probe head, a split core design for simple circuit linking, a 1.5 meter cable, and is ideal for 1 MΩ inputs. The Tektronix P6020 Series permits current measurements without damaging the circuit by clipping onto the current carrying conductor.
