The bandwidth of this model ranges from 120 Hz to 60 MHz, while the probe range can be changed between 2 mA/mV and 10 mA/mV. The maximum conductor diameter is 0.197 inches. The rise time is ≤5.8 ns. The P6021A also has a 59 inch long cable.

A few of the features of the Tektronix P6021A AC Current Probe are its shielded probe head, split core build enables simple circuit linking, and it can be utilized for 1 MΩ inputs. The shielded probe head is not grounded when the slides are in their open positions, eradicating the circuit being tested inadvertently being grounded. Make sure to not connect the probe to a wire that carries voltages or currents that are higher than the rating of the probe. Also, do not access the portion of the probe beyond the protected handling zone while performing measurements, to prevent electrical shock.
