54622D by Agilent is a Mixed Signal Oscilloscope in the 54600 series. 54622D features  2 analog + 16 digital channels and a Bandwidth of 100 MHz.

The HP Agilent 54622D Mixed Signal Oscilloscope is suited for assessing designs with digital and analog components and confirming and debugging designs with embedded 8 or 16-bit microcontrollers, A/Ds, DSPs, and D/As. This model has versatile triggering functions that allow the user to single out and assess complicated signals and fault settings that are most seen in digital and mixed analog designs. I2C, USB, SPI, LIN, and CAN triggering types are standard. There is also an option for a N2758A CAN trigger module.

The 54622D Mixed Signal Oscilloscope has two analog and 16 digital channels, with the combination of a scope’s intricate signal assessment function and a logic analyzer’s multi-channel timing measurements. This permits the user to view the complicated interactions between the signals on 18 channels simultaneously. This useful feature eradicates guesswork and the hassle of only being able to view several channels at once. The HP Agilent 54622D allows the user to assess and watch high-speed digital control signals and slower analog signals in a design at the same time.

The HP Agilent 54622D Mixed Signal Oscilloscope comes equipped with parallel and RS-232 interfaces, which allow the user to link their oscilloscope to PCs or printers instantaneously. An optional GPIB interface module is also available for quicker data transfers. The 54622D has IntuiLink available also, which is a free software application to make linking to a PC simpler. IntuiLink lets the user move pictures and waveform information to a PC; it also allows the user to spend more time on design problems, instead of on programming.
