The 68163B Synthesized Sweep Generator belongs to the Anritsu 681XXB family of microwave Signal generators. It functions on a frequency range of 2GHz to 40GHz. Its specifications include: 1KHz Frequency Resolution, Output Level Switching Time of 20ms, Power Resolution of 0.01 dB, Output Accuracy of 2 dB, and Minimum and Maximum SSB noise of -96 dBc/Hz and -60 dBc/Hz respectively.
