The MS2723B has a dynamic range of 101 dB, a frequency range from 9 kHz to 13 GHz, 1 Hz to 3 MHz Resolution Bandwidth (RBW), an 8.4 inch display, a 2.5 hour battery life, and phase noise –95 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset at 1 GHz.

The Anritsu MS2723B High Performance Handheld Spectrum Analyzer can perform measurements of the 5^th harmonic of 3G cellular base station signals, broadcast measurements of AM & FM analog and IBOC proofing measurements, and signal strength mapping to decide the best location for antennas, repeaters, and base stations. This model can also discover and classify in-band interference and out-of-band spurious signals and spectral masks.

Field assessments are made simpler and more efficient with this model. The MS2723B Spectrum Master has a fast sweep speed of 10 µs to 600 seconds in zero span and a warm-up time of less than five minutes, which both help cut down on time wasted.
