Description
Yokogawa AQ6370 Optical Spectrum Analyzer
Featured with 13 built-in analysis functions and 7 trace calculations for well-known applications, the AQ6370 is a high performance and high speed Optical Spectrum Analyzer by Yokogawa. This model is one of the best choices available for the characterization and testing of optical components and optical communication systems. The Yokogawa AQ6370 offers 62 dB dynamic range, -90 to +20 dBm level range, and can operate with ±0.02 nm wavelength accuracy. This model is designed to operate within a wavelength range of 600 to 1700 nm at 0.02 nm wavelength resolution.
With this model, the user can have the waveform automatically judged to PASS or FAIL against specified conditions. This model offers both single and multi-mode fiber test abilities through a single optical input up to Graded-Index MMF 62.5/125nm. With the large internal user memory, the user can save more than 5000 traces. For even more space, the user can insert large, USB 1.1 compatible storage devices into the instrument as well. The Yokogawa AQ6370 is easy to operate, since it supports USB, PS/2 mouse, and keyboard. For the measurement of an increased number (max 50,001) of data sampling points, this instrument can process a wider wavelength range at a higher resolution.
The Yokogawa AQ6370 comes equipped with 2 x GPIB, 1 x RS-232C, and 1 x Ethernet (10/100BASE) interfaces. These interfaces can be utilized for connecting the instrument with an external PC to structure an automated test system and control it remotely. This instrument is compatible with the SCPI commands and also supports LabVIEW® drivers.
