Description
Anritsu Network Analyzer MW9076B4
The MW9076B4 is a single mode OTDR for long-haul fiber applications from Anritsu. The instrument can measure wavelengths from 1550/1625 nm. The dynamic range of the MW9076B4 is 40/40 dB. The sweep speed time of the instrument is 150 microseconds per measurement point. This optical time domain reflectometer offers various smart features, which allow the user to complete loss measurement for optical fiber cables. The user can also locate the fault point. It enables the fast and smooth installation of the fiber for new requirements and helps in quick restoration of the faulty segment during maintenance procedures.
The MW9076B4 network analyzer enables the user to measure chromatic dispersion characteristics. It is measured from one end of the optical fiber. This model also offers 50,000 distinct sample points for measurements. The instrument has a TFT LCD display, which is approximately 8.4 inches. The display screen permits the user to perform real-time analysis of the measurements. The Anritsu MW9076B4 also comes with a dead zone of just eight meters.
The MW9076B4 network analyzer incorporates two types of selector units, which enables the user to switch between the optical channels. The instrument has two display units. The Anritsu MW9076B4 is widely used for installation and maintenance requirements. It includes SM fibers for medium distances. The instrument also offers pulse widths for different testing requirements, including 10, 20, 50, 100, 500 ns, and 1 ms. The Anritsu MW9076B4 network analyzer supports the industry standard FC-PC connector type.
