The HP Agilent N5181A minimizes test time, while also speeding up the start-up process with numerous features that make system configuration easier: USB 2.0 connectors, GPIB, and LAN connectivity, LXI class C compliance, and backward code compatibility with Keysight and other types of signal generators. The phase noise of the N5181A is ≤ –121 dBc/Hz. The switching speed is ≤ 1.2 ms in SCPI mode and ≤ 900 μs in list mode. This model also has an electronic attenuator and -127 to +13 dBm power levels.
The frequency range of this model is from 250 kHz to 1, 3, or 6 GHz, depending on the option added.
