The Anritsu S412D LMR Master is a handheld cable and antenna analyzer, power meter, and spectrum analyzer, which is suitable for field environments. The cable and antenna analyzer portion has a frequency range from 25 MHz to 1600 MHz. The spectrum analyzer has a frequency range extending from 100 kHz to 1600 MHz. Lastly, the power meter has a frequency range of 4.5 MHz to 1600 MHz. The S412D is ideal for measuring SWR, cable insertion loss, return loss, and discovering broken RF components in antenna systems. The Anritsu S412D can be operated for approximately 1.5 hours from a completely charged battery. There are built-in energy saving features which can prolong the battery life.

The S412D LMR Master has many features that make it easy to use anywhere. The model has an RS-232 interface; it is helpful for transporting saved information to and from a computer with a serial cable. The computer can also be used to automatically operate the S412D, accumulate information in the field, and study the data later. The Anritsu S412D is equipped with an AM/FM Receiver with an Internal Speaker. The AM/FM demodulator allows the device to assess and troubleshoot wireless communications systems. A headphone jack and an internal speaker are included with the AM/FM receiver as well. This model also has a maximum of 300 memory locations. Stored data can be labelled and named.
