The Passive Voltage Probes Series designed by Tektronix is useful for high-frequency and low-frequency relative measurements in manufacturing, design, and service applications. This series of probes can be used with Tektronix TDS400/500/600/700/3000B/5000/7000B Series of high-performance portable oscilloscopes. The Tektronix Passive Voltage Probes have tiny geometry tips, a versatile light cable, HYBRID/SMT circuitry (which delivers enhanced performance and dependability), and small accessories. The tiny probe tips and light cables enable these probes to be easily used with thick circuitry or in small spaces. This series also has a 10X attenuation readout encoding.
